1BD Riverside NH Unit: Balcony, Laundry, 10-Acres

We want to make sure all of our guests have a memorable and safe stay. By booking the property, all guests agree to the following rules: 2-guest maximum at all times. Please respect neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum at night Unplugging, turning off, or tampering with Wi-Fi, smoke detectors or security cameras is prohibited and will result in being asked to leave the property. No smoking or candles anywhere on the property: Smoking will result in a $250 charge plus any damages Any unauthorized pets will be subject to a charge of $500. Towels and linens are intended for indoor use only. Please do not move furniture. To ensure our cleaners have time to prepare the home, we are not able to accommodate late check-out or early check-in. A fee of $50.00 per half hour will be charged for late check-outs past 10 AM on the scheduled departure day. Please ensure doors are closed and locked when you aren't in the house. No weapons, illegal substances or activity on the premises at any time. Swimming in the pond is not allowed. While the river offers a beautiful spot, guests acknowledge and assume all risks associated with access, swimming and any other activities. Our property operates on a sensitive septic system. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper - even if they claim to be “flushable”. Disposal bins are provided for your convenience. Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner from any liability, loss, damage, or expense, including legal fees, arising from any aspect of their stay at the property including but not limited to their use of fire pits, or activities involving pond or river.

Private access to rear stairs, balcony and one bedroom suite with full kitchen, living room, dining area and bathroom. Shared access to interior stairs to laundry and garage for emergency exit. Larger deck and main yard space is reserved for other units but guests are welcome to enjoy access to the river front with firepit, chairs and path. One driveway parking space available next to side of garage, closest to unit entrance.
